Maitland produce market was on July 6 2017

Shoppers enjoyed the winter sun while scooping up fresh produce in The Levee on Thursday.

Producers filled the shopping precinct with a wide range of seasonal fruit and vegetables as well as meat, honey, eggs, bread and pastries. 

Chef and Slow Food Hunter Valley leader Amorelle Dempster made an aromatic beef and vegetable curry which was sold to raise money to expand the market.
