The high-paced action starts from noon with Maitland taking on Coffs Coast Derby in a full day of games featuring five teams.
Also taking part Port Macquarie Roller Derby League, Outcast Derby, Northern Beaches Roller Girls, and Coffs Coast Derby.
Maitland player Ricky Bobby (aka Craig Milburn) said roller derby was the fastest growing sport in the world at the moment and we are hugely excited and proud to be part of this inclusive sport where everyone is welcome to play or be a part of.
“While most people assume roller derby is is a female’s sport, the truth is, it is a fully inclusive sport for both genders. The last game of the day will be an exciting co-ed match with males and females playing on the same team. It's a game not to be missed,” Bobby said.
First game starts at noon. Entry is $5 and there is a bar, canteen and food available.
