The 15-year-old disappeared after he was last seen home on Main Street on July 19.
He presented to Blacktown Police Station on Monday after reports went out that he was missing.

Police are appealing for help from the public to find a teenager who was reported missing from Heddon Greta, near Kurri Kurri, last month.
Andrew Webster, 15, was last seen at a home on Main Street on Wednesday, July 19.
Police and his family hold serious concerns for the teen’s welfare due to his age.
Andrew was described as of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, slim build with curly brown hair and a black spacer earring in his left ear.
