Two men have been charged after police allegedly seized a knife and a sniper scope from a vehicle in Cessnock.

Police stopped the vehicle on Wollombi Road about 4pm Monday, in relation to the manner of driving and similarities the car shared with a vehicle spotted at an earlier incident.
A search of the car allegedly resulted in the discovery of a rifle scope and a large knife.
The men were both subject to a firearms prohibition order due to believed links they had with an outlaw motorcycle gang.
Under the prohibition order, police also searched a property in Zinfandel Circuit, where they allegedly found testosterone and Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang paraphernalia.
One of the men was charged with possession of a prohibited drug, while the other was charged with possession of a knife in a public place.
Both men will face Cessnock Local Court.
Police are conducting inquiries in relation to the sale and distribution of testosterone in the Central Hunter area.
