Two men allegedly became involved in an argument at Club Maitland City about 9.15pm on July 18.
Police claim a 53-year-old man and a 35-year-old man were then repeatedly assaulted outside the premises. A 45-year-old man, who is an alleged member of the Rebels, has been charged in relation.
The man was arrested at a property in Young Street, Rutherford on Sunday.
He was taken to Maitland Police Station where he was charged with affray, common assault, and resist officer in execution of duty.
The man was granted conditional bail and is due to appear at Maitland Local Court later this month.
Police inquiries into the matter continue.
