A second man alleged to be a member of the Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang has been charged in relation to a an assault at a Rutherford club last month.
The 34-year-old was charged with affray after the alleged incident on the night of July 18.
Police said two men allegedly became involved in an argument at Club Maitland City before a 53-year-old man and a 35-year-old man were assaulted outside the premises.
A 45-year-old man, who is a member of the Rebels, was arrested on Sunday in relation to the incident.
That man was charged with affray, common assault, and resist officer in execution of duty.
The two men were both granted conditional bail and are due to appear at Maitland Local Court later this month.
