The event, which is a fun and moving fundraiser for the Cancer Council, will conclude at 8am on Sunday.
It’s also an opportunity to recognise and celebrate local cancer survivors, patients and their carers, to honour and remember loved ones lost to cancer and to raise money to help save more lives.
Thirty-eight teams have registered for the event, and there will be 450 participants involved. Thirty-three cancer survivors and carers will also take part as well as one movement fighting back against cancer.
The event has already raised $68,000 and is hoping to reach $100,000.
