Police are investigating after six firearms were stolen from a rural property in the Hunter Region. A 72-year-old man notified police of a break and enter at a property on Whitebridge Road, Mulbring. Six firearms, jewellery and cash were stolen from a shed which sits on the rural block. It is believed the break-in occurred between 11pm on Sunday September 9 and 8.30am Tuesday September 11. Police attended the property and established a crime scene which has been forensically examined by specialist investigators.
