The team was thrilled with their success on the night and appreciated the opportunity which came with participating in the awards process. Tamara Peterson said the process provided a great mechanism for reviewing where the business was at and helped determine how to continuously improve.
“This is our second time entering the awards, we received a highly commended last year so we really wanted to step it up this year and we did. Submitting the application really gives a chance to see the goals achieved and how we may continue to improve,” she said at the time.
Attributing the success of the business to the team, Tamara believes the staff at the hotel are key.
“We wouldn’t have got to this point without the team, they are all completely committed to delivering the best to our customers and with our focus on the ongoing training of our staff, it’s proved to be a winning combination,” she said.

The Remington Motor Inn is Muswellbrook’s only 4.5 star accommodation and dining venue.
