All five Maitland junior teams had wins in the IDCA competition with the highlight an unbeaten century by Baylee Borrow in the under-15’s nine-wicket trouncing of Newcastle.

Borrow made 102 not out, Toby Warner 41 and Daniel Harden 17 not out as Maitland reached their target of 174 with nine wickets in hand and nine overs to spare.
Denzel M O'Brien and Lachlan Page both claimed 3-24 for Maitland.
An even batting performance saw Maitland under-16s post 6/207 for a 63-run win against Newcastle at Robins Oval.
Ryan Wind top scored with 41 and and Reilly Bashford and Tallon Gear were unbeaten on 35 and 28 respectively.
The bowlers shared with the wickets with Gear claiming 2-15, Drew Mulligan picked up 2-20 and Cameron Wynn finished with 2-26.
An opening stand of 67 by Joe Hancock (50) and Patrick Stewart (28) gave Maitland under-14s the start they needed to reel in Central Coast’s 8/162.
Maitland finished on 8/164. Brodie Little (2-32) and Ethan Cook (2-24) had the best returns with the ball.
Maitland’s under-13s beat Northern District by 122 runs after posting an imposing 10/276. Harry Scowen top scored with 57, Oscar Walker made 42, Lachlan MacIntyre 43, Isaac Edwards 26 and Izaac Coyle 19.
Ryley Borrow (2-12), James Friis (2-14) and Jack Ryan (2-18) picked up two wickets each.
In a 20-over double header Maitland’s under-12s beat Newcastle by 37 runs after posting 6/161, but their total of 5/98 wasn’t enough against Central Coast.
Ronan Hill top scored with 50 off just 31 balls and then took 2-6. He was well supported by Jett Saxby (37 off 31), Sam Holz (21 off 21) and Oska Greentree (12 off 4)
Against Central Coast, Toby Smith made 41 run, supported by Jett Saxby with 14. Saxby took 2-9 off 4 overs.
