Police said a perimetre fence was cut at the Ashtonfield property between 7 and 11am.
Intruders accessed two buildings, damaging walls to steal copper cabling from the structure.
Copper cabling was also pulled from a welder and an alternator was also stripped for the valuable material.
Two machinery batteries were also taken from the premises and a gas line to a welding machine was cut.
Police said the incident caused roughly $100,000 worth of damage.
Detectives are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward. Police did not have a description of any possible suspects, but said a white ute was seen in the area at the time of the offence.
