Campbell, who has worked at Matt Moran’s award winning Barangaroo House in Sydney, Vue de Monde in Melbourne and the two Michelin Star ‘Noma’ in Copenhagen, has a passion for fresh ingredients and delicious food.
“I’m excited about coming to Maitland Taste,” Mr Campbell said.
“I’m originally from the Hunter so I have a strong connection to the area and all the amazing produce there.
“I’m keen to share some of my favourite recipes and I hope I can provide people with some skills or techniques that they’ll be able to take home and implement into their cooking.”
“We’re excited to have Cory with us. His food is world class so his demonstrations will be something special,” council’s events coordinator Adam Franks said.
“It will be a great weekend showcasing some of the many wonderful things our region has to offer.”
Maitland Taste is on from from 10am to 4pm, Saturday and Sunday, March 9 and 10.
