On March 21, Maitland Business Chamber will hold a networking event at Maitland Gaol. It will feature guest speakers from Start House and Service NSW, both telling of new initiatives designed to help people start and grow a business.
“Maitland is home to lots of smart people and I’m very excited by the growing level of support for technology companies in regional Australia,” says Dr Matthew Clifton, Vice-President of Maitland Business Chamber and a professional investor. “These initiatives provide a real boost to our local economy."
Start House is holding a Discovery Session on March 12 to unearth local technology-based innovators. Start House is backed by the Australian Government’s Department of Industry, Innovation and Science.
