Dipin Krishnan hit a six over mid-wicket to claim victory after the Warriors bowlers had done a tremendous job to restrict the All Stars to a reasonable target.
Krishnan was named man of the final for his efforts and his teammates Alex Burgin collected the man of the series and Binil Sebastian took the best bowler award with seven wickets.
"I am really excited. We played the finals last time , but was unlucky then. This time we made it. I'm proud of out ream's effort," Wyong Warriors captain Jaibi Mani said after the match.
The Warriors had progressed to the final after defeating Group B winner Kaiali Thunders Penrith in the semi-final stage.
Thunders topped their pool after two run victory over the defending champions the Newcastle Huters.
Group A winners Gain All Satrs defeated Group C winner Newcastle All Stars in the other semi-final.
Jivanjot Singh from the Newcastle Stars was the best batsmen with 110 runs, Jithin George from Kairali Thunders Penrith took the best catch and the Kurri Brothers won the fair play award.
Newcastle Hunters media spokesman Basil Elias thanked the 12 competing teams who had come from across NSW and Gary Fisher from Cricket NSW for his efforts in backing the event and helping to make it a huge success.
