The East Maitland office set a new record for the firms' awards, with four agents sitting in the top ten for their sales achievements for the year.
"We have an amazing team here, with some of the best agents in the country," said Luke Anderson, Principal.
"There's a lot of hard work and team collaboration that goes into the results we get for our clients and so I congratulate the team and their families for their commitment."
The success of the agency, says Anderson is in part attributable to their dedication to providing clients with real insights into market conditions.
"As a search based business, we are able to allow clients to make informed decisions. What this means is our ability to draw data enable us to see trends happening before others can. We are a big business, but we are nimble. So if we need to change our approach then we can." He adds.
Anderson, a local born and bred has been Principal at PRD Nationwide for twelve years, servicing residents across North Rothbury to Cessnock through to Paterson, Maitland and to Black Hill. He prides himself and his team on a honest and ethical approach to property sales, achieving results without promising over-inflated prices.
"In the current market it's really important to pick an agent that achieve sales and isn't focused on luring you in with talk of the best price. The aim is to sell, not go with agent that tells you highest figure."
While the current market across Maitland surrounding areas is some way off what it was this time last year, Anderson is confident the road to recovery is insight.
"At the moment there are 493 residential homes listed by agents in the Maitland region, in July last year there were just 322, many of which would have been under contract, so we are in a buyers market."
"While we won't reach the heights of 2018, we are seeing signs of recovery that bodes well for sellers as soon as the next quarter."
"If vendors are prepared to ensure everything is complete and presents well with their home and stay realistic about market conditions, then an appropriately marketed property will sell."
While days on market have increased by approximately 30 percent, Anderson says with the right approach, good local knowledge and a lot of hard work they are achieving great results for their clients.
"Our sales results speak for themselves and these awards recognise those results and the success that we and our clients share."
