The Delivery Program 2018-2021, which will enter its second year, provides a guide for council's response to Maitland+10 and the growth expected within the city, ensuring the delivery of services and infrastructure meets current and future community needs.

The plan includes a draft budget of $164.4 million, presents actions to be undertaken for the year, and incorporates draft operating budget, fees and charges, rating structure and works program.

The focus is on financial sustainability and organisational productivity.

"We had a great first year with what we achieved under the new delivery program and once again council has been presented with an ambitious operational plan," said Mayor Loretta Baker.
