It's one of a number of matches that will pit NPL sides against each other.
Only one point separates the two sides on the ladder after nine rounds, so it promises to be a fascinating contest.
In a heavyweight battle Lambton Jaffas and Broadmeadow Magic - the top two NPL teams after nine rounds - will square off, as will Weston Bears who are at home to Valentine.
Matches are scheduled to be played midweek of the week starting on May 20.
NewFM NL 1 sides Kahibah FC and Cessnock City Hornets, who both pulled off stunning upsets against Adamstown Rosebud and Lake Macquarie City and in Round 5, will also face off, confirming that there will be one NEWFM NL1 club in the State Qualifiers.
The other two matches will see teams the only non-Premier Competition team, Warners Bay, host Hamilton Olympic while NEWFM NL1 side New Lambton will meet Edgeworth Eagles.
The six winners from the Round 5 will meet the two successful teams from the Northern Conference, Boambee Bombers and Bangalow Bluedogs, at Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility in the State Qualifiers on the June (8-10).
The FFA Cup provides football teams across the country the chance to face-off against elite Hyundai A-League clubs in the national knockout tournament.
