Sounds mouthwatering, right? Well, if you're heading to Lovedale Long Lunch on the weekend then these are just some of the offerings on the menu for you.
As part of the two-day extravaganza, seven wineries - Allandale, Tatler, Gartelmann, Wandin, Saltire, Sandalyn and Emma's Cottage - will open their doors for attendees on Saturday and Sunday.
Emma's Cottage co-owner Therese Kramer said the long lunch had come a long way from its inception in 1993.
"This is the 26th year that the Lovedale Long Lunch has been going. It's a bit of an institution," she said.
"The patrons are eating four and five star meals ... and the wines that they get at the lunch are the same from the cellar doors.
"I think they appreciate the high quality we are delivering."
The popular two-day event attracts thousands of people from all over, and has been recognised by NSW Tourism as a signature event.
"We are really looking forward to having them here," Ms Kramer said.
"It's not just the seven wineries that do well over the weekend. The Lovedale Long Lunch brings people to the region.
"There are a lot of businesses that do really well on the weekend, it's a really strong economic injection."
But organisers are warning people not to 'pre-load' before the event. "There will be more police on site ... and more security than previous years," Ms Kramer said.
"Thankfully, our liquor licensing laws haven't changed from last year but we still will be cutting off bottle sales at 2pm. It's just the way events are going.
"But I think we are in for a lovely weekend ... and we just love having people here and sharing it all."
A limit of one bottle or four glasses per person will be available until 2pm, then it will be a limit of two glasses per sale afterwards.
Takeaway sales will only be available after 3pm.
