It followed an even more emphatic 36-35 win in round two and shortens their odds of back-to-back premierships.
The unbeaten Hills (32) hold a nine-point lead over Hinton Hotel (23) who moved into second with a hard-fought 46-39 win against Customs House Hotel.
Club Maitland City drop to third spot on the table on 20 points, with Nexus Power Comets fourth on 19 after the bye this weekend.
The George Tavern clocked up their third win of the season smashing bottom side Tolsaf Cranes 71-28.
They remain sixth but equal on points with Customs House and just one win outside of top-four contention.
The competition has five rounds to go and apart from Hills on top, the remaining three spots in the finals are very much up for grabs.
Key match-ups next weekend are the match between Club Maitland City and Customs House and the Nexus Powers Comets and The George Tavern encounter.
Hills face bottom side Tolsaf cranes in the other game. Hinton Hotel have the bye.
