Aroma Coffee and Chocolate Festival is returning on August 10 and 11, bringing a smorgasbord of more than 80 stall holders sharing tasty delights at the Riverside car park.
And this year, the festival will have its first cocktail pop-up bar - RAMA x Mr Black.
"The pop-up is a really exciting collaboration between one of Maitland's newest small bars RAMA and award-winning cold brew coffee distillery Mr Black. We are really stoked to have this local business to be working with a global brand," Maitland Council events officer Bec Dujin said
"It's going to be located right in the heart of the festival. It's going to be a sensory overload celebrating coffee and chocolate.
"There will also be not one but two celebrity hosts."
RAMA owner Dane Cottee will not only be mixing drinks for thirsty patrons but also demonstrating how to make them at home.
"I'm super excited to be working with these guys again," he said.
"People can expect something a little bit safe, such as espresso martinis, but also a fair few twists. I would like to try go a bit more tiki with coffee and cocktails.
"Coffee has a long history of being used in tiki cocktails. People will also be able to see how they are made so it's going to be really good."
