Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk told reporters on Monday she had now spoken to Ms Trad about the matter, which is being assessed by the CCC.

"If the CCC does go down the path of an investigation, and we don't know whether that is going to happen or not, of course, the deputy premier will stand down," Ms Palaszczuk said.

"That is the precedent that we have set in the past.

"I have spoken with her about that and of course she is more than happy to comply."

Ms Trad has committed to selling the Woolloongabba property she bought along the route of the Cross River Rail project at the price she bought it.

She has already stood down from her role heading the state government's $5.4 billion rail project.

A defiant Ms Trad insists she has done nothing wrong, but made the offer to stand aside.

"I have not done anything wrong, but I will fully comply with any sort of assessment or any investigation that the CCC decides to make," she said.

"Of course, if they decide to investigate, I will do the right thing.

"I will do the right thing by the government, I will do the right thing by the premier and I will do the right thing by the Labor Party."

Ms Trad said they were nowhere near knowing whether or not the CCC would investigate.

"If they decide not to launch an investigation then we will proceed as per usual," she added.

The promise is too little too late for Liberal National Party leader Deb Frecklington, who called for Ms Trad to be sacked.

"People are fed up with the premier's lack of leadership on the integrity crisis," she said.

"Many people don't believe Jackie Trad should be in her job - the premier needs to do her job show some leadership and sack Jackie Trad."

A survey, commissioned by the LNP, found 76 per cent of Queenslanders want Ms Trad to resign or be dumped from the ministry.

MediaReach asked 1737 people across the state last Thursday whether they believed Ms Trad should resign or be removed as minister.

Only 16 per cent wanted her to stay.
