Mikor Farm's Michael and Emma Fortunaso are coming to the Slow Food Earth Market on Thursday between 12.30pm and 5pm in The Levee.
They are certified organic farmers in Chichester, north of Dungog, and live a life focused on sustainability. Mr Fortunaso has been farming for just over a decade.
Their farm pursuits include fruit and vegetables as well as beef cattle.
Some of the produce they'll be bringing to the market includes broccolini, cabbages, sweet potato, beetroot, kale, silverbeet. and cos lettuce.
The pair said they'll stand out from the other stallholders because of their produce in blue bowls.
Slow Food Hunter Valley is thrilled to have another stall at the market for shoppers to enjoy.
