Kurri Kurri and West Maitland have six teams each in junior rugby league grand finals across the weekend.

The Wallaroos and Bulldogs teams include their under 16 women's tackle teams and under-18 women's tackle sides respectively.

Thornton/Beresfield is the next best represented team with five teams competing in deciders including the under-18 women's tackle grand final.

East Maitland, Cessnock, Greta Branxton and Dungog have two teams in action, while the Morpeth Green under-12s will chase a minor/major premiership.

Greta Branxton and Cessnock were minor premiers in the Under-10 Arnott and Smith competitions respectively. Cessnock Black were Under-12 Pilgram minor premiers.

Kurri Kurri won the Under-11 Smith, Under-15 Div 3, Under-17 Div 1 and Under-18 WT minor premiership. East Maitland Green won the under-10 and under-11 Pilgram minor titles

Thornton Beresfield were under-11 Arnott and under-13 Div 4 minor premiers.
