Well, why not unwind at Maitland Regional Art Gallery's first Sip and Stretch: Yoga and experimental drawing event?
Gallery coordinator Kate Bugeja said the after hours event had already garnered strong amount of interest from the community.
"It's an opportunity for visitors to access and explore the gallery after hours. It's a casual set-up where visitors can come in, have a cool beverage, explore the gallery and get involved with some drawing," she said.

"We've mixed it up this time. We usually do sip and sketch, but this time it is sip and stretch because the artist Lottie Consalvo is very experiential.
"We've teamed up with Kate from Sprout and Bean, and she will be running a yoga session in the exhibition space.
"It's an opportunity to stretch out the week's stresses with a yoga session inside one of the wonderful exhibitions we have."
No registration required for the experimental draws, but bookings are essential for saving a spot for yoga.
"People will need to register for the yoga because there are limited spaces but the event is free and people don't need to register if they want to explore and have a cold drink," Ms Bugeja said.
"They are very popular events. We try to do four a year in conjuncture with a suite of exhibitions.
"It's a really great night. There's live music, people can bring their friends along, have a drink and just relax."
Sip and Stretch is a free event will be held at Maitland Regional Art Gallery on Friday, September 20 from 5pm to 8pm.
