The ban will see drivers no longer servicing the shopping precinct after 5pm.
It comes after a bus driver was punched in the face while outside their vehicle at the layover point at the shopping centre.
Drivers also reported three incidents between 10pm and 11pm on Tuesday where young people were throwing rocks at passing buses.
There's been numerous attacks going on for weeks. The police have been assisting ... Largely their [police] hands are tied

According to a statement from the Transport Workers Union, teenagers were seen standing on a median strip near Arthur Street and began throwing rocks at the moving vehicle's windscreen.
Mick Forbes, TWU Newcastle Sub-branch Secretary said he was concerned that this is only a band aid solution.
Mr Forbes, speaking on radio station 2HD on Thursday, said this week's incidents had escalated the situation.
"There's been numerous attacks going on for weeks," he said.
"The police have been assisting ... Largely their hands are tied.
The organisation is seeking more police involvement in the area, and appealing to NSW Transport Minister Andrew Constance to address the issue of bus driver safety.
"We will continue to call on Minister Constance to do something about it," Mr Forbes said.
The union said drivers feared the attacks were set to get much worse with school holidays not far away.
The bus company has been supportive of drivers and is working with them to find solutions, as well as providing funding for extra security to assist in protecting drivers and buses.
Some of the other alleged incidents have included drivers being spat on, verbal abuse, break ins and young people playing "chicken" by standing in front of buses to stop them leaving.
There are two drivers currently off work because of these attacks and abuse.
It is not the first time that the union has implemented a ban in the Rutherford shopping precinct with the service stopped in June 2018.
