Green advocate John Brown said that Stacy Mail, from Hunter Landcare in Newcastle, will be onsite from 4.30pm to firstly look at several possible sites for tree-planting, with the meeting to start at 5.30pm where she will answer questions.
Sites already nominated include the Bolwarra Sporting Complex at the rear of, and surrounding, the tennis courts; and at Hands Lagoon, across from the roundabout.
Mr Brown said Ms mail will have printed information to hand out and will be ready to answer any questions.
All four of the councillors representing the area will be invited, which includes the mayor, as well as a representative from Earth Care Park at Tenambit (a Landcare project) and several members of the original Bolwarra Landcare group.
