"I'm not a great one on personal accolades, I'm very much about the team and I think the coach of the year award is a reflection of their fantastic efforts this year," he said.
Maitland went into uncharted waters in 2019 making the FFA Cup round of 32, winning the NNSW NPL premiership title finishing on top of the ladder at the end of the season, making the NNSW NPL grand final for the first time and making the semi-finals of the NPL Champions series.
Bolch said from the playing group and coaching staff right through to the committee and volunteers on match day there had been a remarkable and sustained effort to achieve excellence.
