The Ken Tubman Drive based real estate agency has collected more than 80 bags filled with sanitary items and other goods.
Marketing coordinator Madelyne Pegler said the agency was blown away by the response from the local business community.
"This LJ Hooker network wanted to get involved in the initiative," Ms Pegler said.
"It was a great drive to be involved in. We still have some of the team who need to bring their bags in so we will have about 85 bags to donate.
"A lot of people are doing it tough ... and we don't think about buying those things like deodorant or sanitary products, so it's great to be able to make someone feel special who needs it."
Share the Dignity is a national charity which focuses on solving period poverty for women and teenagers experiencing homelessness and domestic violence and is asking for donations as part of the 'It's in the Bag' Christmas appeal.
The businesses who donated to the agency include Hunter Valley Garage Doors, Arma Insurance Brokers, Williamson Chaseling, Lissome Maitland, CWA Paterson and Rotary Club of Green Hills.
