They will be joined by Tenambit Morpeth who secured a spot in the semi-finals by defeating Eastern Suburbs in Pool 2 and A-grade team SMR who beat Northern Suburbs.
City United play Tenambit Morpeth at SMR and the Pythons play SMR at Robins Oval.
Third Grade T20: Thornton v Port Stephens (Jack Collins Oval) and Tenambit Morpeth v Northern Suburbs (Bill Bobbins Oval).
Fourth Grade T20: Port Stephens v Kurri Weston (GUOFF) and Tenambit Morpeth v Raworth Rabbitohs (Louth Park).
Fifth Grade T20: Fred Harvey Memorial v Paterson King Park 5 and Lakeside Village Cricket Club v Tenambit Morpeth at King Park 4.
Semi-finals and finals across all five grades will be held on Saturday, January 25.
