MAITLAND Council is currently undertaking its largest survey and calling for more feedback from the community.
The survey aims to find out what facilities and services the city's residents use or don't use and to understand why.

"It will generate new insights that will help inform future service design, delivery and communication," he said.
"We know from our Community Survey that overall, our community is consistently satisfied with Council, our services and the way we manage our community's assets.
"We want to take this one step further and find out how our residents use our facilities, what services they may not use but notice and value as they go about their lives, and their preferences for communicating with and receiving information from Council."
The data will supplement the 900 responses randomly collected by phone between August and October last year.
"We understand that some people have already completed the survey by phone and we ask that they don't participate," Mr Evans said.
"However, if you can't recall if you have completed the survey or not, jump online and we expect it will soon become apparent if the questions are familiar, at which time you can stop completing the survey."
The survey will be open for three weeks from today and closes on Friday, March 6. Click here to complete it.
