Emergency services were called to the Kookaburra Parade home just after 2am, which was "totally involved" by fire when the first crew arrived on scene.
A witness told The Mercury said a resident tried to battle the blaze with a hose before firefighters arrived.
A Fire and Rescue NSW spokesperson said a female occupant had self evacuated the home and was treated at the scene by paramedics. An Ambulance NSW spokeserson said the woman refused transport to hospital.
Four trucks in total attended the blaze, which caused the home to partially collapse.
Crews managed to protect two nearby homes from the flames and had the fire completely extinguished by 4.41am, when the scene was handed over to police.
The cause of the fire is not known but is under investigation.
