Mr Fullford, 62, of Maitland, appeared in Maitland Local Court briefly on Wednesday morning, where his solicitor Lea Smith entered a not guilty plea on his behalf to two counts of sexual touching another person without consent.
The charges relate to complaints made by two women, aged 24 and 32. The two alleged incidents were said to have occurred in March 2019 and February 2020.
The police prosecutor said in court that since Mr Fullford was charged, "eleven independent parties have come forward to make complaint".
"It's only through public approach these people have come forward," Sergeant Soars said.
The matter was adjourned until Thursday, April 9.
Mr Fullford, a former Maitland Pickers massage therapist, remains on bail. The conditions of his bail forbid him from conducting any form of massage therapy in either a volunteer or paid capacity. He is also not to perform or interact with any sporting club as a trainer or therapist.
