Manager Sarah Adams said it was critical for the community to know the service was still operational especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"We are still operational but the community centre has closed so people do need to call us," Ms Adams said.
"The message we want to get out is that we are still here to provide support for the community during this time. We are offering every service we can."
The services still available include emergency relief; Oz Harvest (every Monday and Friday at 2pm); food hamper assistance; EAPA (electricity assistance for overdue bills); information and referral and justice of the peace by appointment only.
"People do need to call us first for Oz Harvest because obviously we can't have people congregating," Ms Adams said.
Community members can contact the centre for information about services by phoning 4932 0950.
