The Ants' three-time defending champions ladies league team hosts Raymond Terrace from 1.30pm. Raymond Terrace had been scheduled to play Singleton who pulled out of the competition last week, while the Ants are coming off a 62-0 win against Hamilton.
Aberglasslyn's men tackle Dudley in B-grade at 3pm and the women's tackle team takes on Berkley Vale at 4.45pm.
The Newcastle and Hunter Community Rugby League released this weekend's draw on Wednesday ahead of a planned re-grading in the competition next Monday.
Both Aberglasslyn and Dudley had losses last week and will be eager and to get their first win in the compacted season.
The Ants had the bye in women's tackle and face a tough opening game against Berkley Vale who had a 58-0 win against Maitland United last Saturday.
Maitland United's A-grade ladies league tag team kicks off the day at King Edward Park from 12.15pm when they meet University the runners up of the past four seasons.
In the final A-grade LLT game Greta hosts Hamilton at Greta Central Ova from 1.30pm.
United's women's tackle team will be looking to bounce back against Dora Creek, who are coming off a 4-12 loss to Waratah-Mayfield.
Maitland United's A-grade team are in action for the first time after the delayed start to the season and bye last week.
They meet competition heavyweights Dora Creek from 3pm.
Thornton Beresfield have the bye this week in A-grade after defeating West Wallsend 20-6.
Dungog have away games in men's C-grade and B-grade LLT taking on Budgewoi and Fingal Bay respectively.
Kearsley Crushers are on the road against Swansea in men's D-grade.
