Port Stephens-Hunter police district's property crime team executed the warrant at a Jason Place home just before 4pm after receiving an anonymous tip.
Once inside, police allege they uncovered a hydroponic set-up that was cultivating 104 cannabis plants.
Officers seized the plants and are continuing their inquiries regarding their ownership.
