POLICE FINES

* 152 fines in the past 24 hours, including 55 for curfew breaches, 17 for failing to wear a face covering and 20 at vehicle checkpoints

RULE CHANGES

* Melbourne's night-time curfew to be lifted from 5am on Monday

* Fines for unlawful gatherings lifted to $5000

* As of 11:59pm on Sunday, a number of restrictions will be eased, allowing some 127,000 workers to return to on-site work

* Childcare to open for all kids. No permit is required and there are no distance limits

* The two-hour exercise limit within five kilometres remains but the same measure now also applies to workplaces
