Farmer, a wicketkeeper batsman, scored 105 for St George in Second Grade against Blacktown on Saturday featuring in a club record 198 run partnership for the seventh wicket.
St George finished with 297 on day one of the two-day fixture against Blacktown Mounties.
Will Fort scoring a dominant 112 for Sydney in the Poidevin Gray Shield (under-21s) on Sunday. He batted for all but three overs of his team's innings of 8/211 against Gordon.
Gordon got the points reeling the total with four wickets in hand and two overs to spare.
Their efforts came as the next generation of Maitland's cricket stars met in the first round of the new Central Norths Under-17 competition.
Maitland Maroon (U-17) hosted Maitland Gold (U16s) at Robins Oval and in an even and hard-fought contest Maroon held sway by 42 runs against their younger rivals.
Maitland Gold skipper Tom Porter won the toss and his opponents into bat but after an early wicket, Maroon skipper Lachlan Page exerted control and made fine 70 as his team posted 9/207 from their 50 overs.
James Dollin with 17 and lower order batsman Denzel O'Brien 24 and James Killen 18 were the other main contributors to the total.
Brodie Little (3-26), Noah Fisher (2-26) and Jett Lee (2-31) the pick of the bowlers for the Gold side.
After two early wickets, opener Tom Lovegrove and skipper Tom Porter set about re-establishing their side's innings until Lovegrove was out for 24 with the score on 3-48.
Tom Thorpe (37) joined Porter (67) at the crease and they shared in a 95-run partnership. The Maroon team maintained the pressure and eventually dismissed Gold for 165.
Lachlan Page topped of an all round performance to claim 3-19, with Jay Boyd (3-23) also chiming in with a bag of three.
