Tenambit Morpeth Bulls have smashed their way into the Hunter Valley Cup grand final with big wins against highly fancied opponents City United and Western Suburbs at Thornton Oval.

Kurri Weston booked the other spot with a final over victory against a brave Northern Suburbs side which featured seven players who were 17 or younger.
The Warriors posted 7/131 and their bowlers, led by 5-9 to Ben Herring, dismissed Norths for 124 with one delivery remaining at Lorn Park.
The Bulls accounted for City in the first game on Sunday posting 186,before their bowlers kept City to just 137.
The superb batting performance was just an entree to the main course with the Bulls smashing 6/219 against Western Suburbs.
Bulls openers Dan Collinson and Kerryn Ball combined for an opening stand of 107 with Ball making 66 off just 37 balls including six fours and five sixes.
Collinson continued the momentum to top score with 89 off just 48 ball. His innings included seven fours and six sixes.
Wests managed 3/160 in reply with Sam Collison making 52 off 37 balls and Mitchell Fisher not out 55 off 38 balls.
Norths and Kurri Weston went down to the wire for the final spot in the grand final with the Warriors making 7/131 from their 20 overs.
Josh Tuckwell got Kurri Weston off a great start with a rapid-fire 26 including two sixes. Sam Dalibozek also two sixes in his innings of 25.
Jordan Callinan (2-21), Callan Barber (2-15) and Tim Field (2-20) all picked up two wickets each.
Captain for the day Cal Gabriel led from the front with an excellent 55 before being stumped by Warriors keeper Tyler Power off the bowling of Herring.
Teenager Ben Clousten was next best for North making a quick fire 23 including a long straight six which brought his teammates and patrons in the grandstand to their feet in applause.
Norths entered the dramatic final over needing 11 runs to win but lost three wickets including a run out.
Earlier, Northern Suburbs recorded a 10-wicket win against Thornton reaching their target of 99 with seven and a half overs to spare.
Matt Sudgen and Logan Smith compiled an unbeaten partnership of 101. Sudgend made 42 and Smith's innings of 46 including a massive six over the sight board which smashed a window in a car parked at the bowling club end of the ground.
Norths bowlers set up the win restricting Thornton to 9/98 from their 20 overs.
Tim Field led the Norths bowling attack with an excellent 3-15 from his four overs.
Thornton opener Johno Gabriel and No.10 Brent Dawes top scoring with 20 each.and Nicholas Bourke making 15 not out..
Kurri Weston got home by four runs against Thornton, but it came at a cost with skipper Steve Abel injuring his hamstring.
The Warriors posted 7/126 from their 20 overs with Liam Neil top scoring with 31, Abel 26 and Ben Herring 21. Lachie Scott was the pick of the bowlers taking 3-25 of his four overs and Daniel Bashford took 2-9.
