* 20 cases confirmed so far with one more under investigation after five positive test results on Tuesday.
* Another 14 people considered at high risk of having the infection with some showing symptoms.
* More than 4000 people in quarantine or home isolation.
* SA currently has 34 active virus infections, with a total of 549 cases diagnosed since the start of the pandemic.

* The outbreak was sparked by a woman who worked as a cleaner in the Peppers Hotel, one of Adelaide's quarantine facilities, who may have picked up the virus from a surface.
* All those in quarantine at the hotel told they will be moved to other facilities and that their 14-day period may start again.
* The first case was identified when an 81-year-old woman tested positive at the Lyell McEwin Hospital on Saturday.
* People at the hospital at the time and people who also visited a northern suburbs swimming pool on Saturday have been asked to self-isolate immediately.
* Warnings have been issued for a range of public bus services and other places across Adelaide, including supermarkets, a chemist, a GP surgery, a department store and a hotel in the centre of Adelaide.
* Thousands have flocked to testing stations around Adelaide with more than 5000 swabs taken on Monday and more than 6000 on Tuesday.
* Staffing and hours to be expanded at testing stations with SA's contact tracing resources also boosted, including help from WA.
* Other states and territories have reimposed border restrictions, including Western Australia, Queensland, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. Victoria is screening people on arrival.
* SA's Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Indigenous lands closed for three weeks.
* SA has reimposed a range of coronavirus restrictions including patron limits on pubs and restaurants.
