Gabriel top scored with 56 and tore through Central Coast's bottom order taking 4-7 off 2.1 overs as the home side collapsed to be all out for 73 in the 18th over.
Central North, which also features Maitland's Mitchell Fisher, Cam Wynn and Sean Gibson, are back in action today against North Coastal after losing their opening match on Friday against Newcastle.
In Saturday's game, Central North were dismissed for 172 in the 48th over with opener Andrew Harriott making 48 to go along with Gabriel's 56.
Central North's bowlers made early inroads with Dylan Smith taking 4-29 and Tom O'Neill 2-12 before Gabriel's devastating spell.
An unbeaten 120 by Nathan Hudson proved the difference as Newcastle defeated Central North by five-wickets on Friday.
Central North posted 9/239 from their 50 overs, with Thomas Fitzgerald top scoring with 76 and Andrew Harriott 59. Newcastle made 5/241 in reply reaching their target in the 40th over.
