Maitland Maroon's 159-run win against Tamworth denied their opponent a spot in the final and with Maitland Gold having a superior percentage than Coalfields the two Maitland teams will meet in the grand final at Robins Oval on Sunday.
Maitland will have teams in all three grand finals with Maitland Maroon overcoming Maitland Gold in the under-13 semi-final to book a place in the grand final against Tamworth Blue at Riverside 3 in Tamworth.
In the under-15s Maitland Maroon will take on Narrabri in Tamworth after the Maitland boys saw off Upper Hunter in Sunday's semi-final at Robins Oval.
The under-15 grand final will be held at Bicentennial Park No.1 Oval in Tamworth.
in the final round match in under-17s, Farmer was dismissed for 102 on the last ball of the innings as Maitland posted an impressive 7/247.
Farmer received some fine support with Denzel O'Brien not out 37, skipper Lachlan Page 42 and Baylee Borrow 32.
Maitland struck early and regularly with the ball to dismiss Tamworth for just 88 in the 42nd over with 10 players getting a bowl including regular keeper Farmer who finished with 1-1.
O'Brien returned the best figures with 2-11 off seven and Joshua Wells also picked up a brace finishing with 2-16 off six.
At rain-affected Robins Oval, Maitland Maroon lost the toss and were sent into bat by Upper Hunter in the under-15 semi-final.
It was a good call to win and Maitland were reduced to 4/49 and in all sorts of trouble with Ashton Blake leading the Upper Hunter attack with 4-20.
However, Maitland steadied and led by a big-hitting 61 by Isaac Edwards managed to post 6/183 off their rain-reduced 45 overs.
Skipper Oscar Walker made 21, Harry Scowen 22 and Jack Ryan and Ben Ison combined for a valuable 35-run partnership at the end with Ryan unbeaten on 26 and Ison not out 15.
Upper Hunter never got going in their innings and were all out for 71 in the 32nd over. Blake and Matthew Edwards top scored with 17 each.
Jaxon Brooks was the chief destroyer for Maitland taking 4-11 off nine overs tearing through the top order.
Divan Bezuidenhout picked up 3-8 and Nate Blundell took 2-6.
In the all Maitland under-13 semi-final, the top age Maitland Maroon were too strong for Maitland Gold.
Gold won the toss and batted but were all out for 81 in the 33rd over. Tremayne Small top scored with 25 and Chayce Smith was the only other Gold batsman to reach double figures finishing with 14.
Sam Holz (3-15 off 8) and Rohan Power (3-13 off 4.4) shared the bowling honours with three wickets each, while Dash Baker and Stirling Strachan both finished with figures of 2-6.
Coming off a century Holz and his opening partner Keanu Botha took care of the run chase in 12.1 overs. Botha made 39 off 30 ball and Holz 33 off 43.
