Explosive Venom won her first two starts, both at Maitland and from box one, and she again has the red rug for a 450-metre assignment at the track in the fourth.
Captain Muddy was second on debut last week from box three at The Gardens over 515m and he drops down to 450m in the first.
Nitroglycerine won on debut at Maitland two weeks ago from the one then was sixth from the eight in a race taken out by the classy Whitfield. He returns to box one for the seventh, again over 400m.
"Nothing wrong with a battler getting a bit of luck," Flanagan said of the three box one draws. "I think I can get three winners.
"Explosive Venom is going really good. She's got a lot of ability and it just helps getting the draw. She gave them a fair start last week and a fair beating too, and they were dogs who have won more races than her.
"Captain Muddy got into a bit of trouble, but he'll be right this week. Nitroglycerine got belted last start but he pulled up super and had a good trial through the week."
