O'Meley was scheduled to fight Canberra's Lee Fook, but announced on Facebook that he had a torn hamstring and would be out of action for six weeks.
"I've tried my best but I can't do much with a torn hamstring, I've been to numerous doctors and physical therapist but it will be 6 weeks before it's healed at least they have all said," O'Meley wrote. "I'm devastated to say but my fight has been put off until I am healed up. I'm so sorry and I thank you all for the support. I will stay ready and be back fighting as soon as I can."
Fook is better known in the kick boxing world.
He has has been fighting in Muay Thai since 2009 - 12 years - and had only recently come across to boxing.
The Under the Dome program is spread over two nights, with veteran Sakio Bika fighting on the card on Friday night.
