Maitland-raised swimmers Abbie Harkin and Tristan Hollands' programs in the 200m women's breaststroke and 200m men's backstroke respectively follow one another in event scheduling from heats on Wednesday.
Cessnock shooter Daniel Repacholi and Dungog rower Spencer Turrin both start their campaigns on Saturday.
Turrin and his teammates Alex Hill, Alex Purnell and Jack Hargreaves take part in the heats of men's fours 1.10pm (AEST). He made the switch to the men's fours at Tokyo after finishing sixth in the pairs final at Rio in 2016.
There are two heats on Saturday and repechage on Monday for those who miss out on direct qualification for Wednesday's final which will be held at 11.10am (AEST).
Repacholi is straight into action at his fifth Olympic campaign with the men's 10 metre air pistol qualification and final on Saturday.
The qualification round starts at 2pm (AEST) with the final starting at 4.30pm.
Repacholi will be back in action on Tuesday when he lines up with Dina Aspandiyarova in the mixed teams' 10 metre air pistol.
Qualification starts at 10am (AEST), the finals begin at noon (bronze) and 12.35pm (gold).
Harkin and Hollard start their campaigns with heats on Wednesday and will hopefully proceed through to finals on Friday.
The four heats of the women's 200m breaststroke run from 8.52pm to 9.10pm (AEST) on Wednesday. The two semi-finals are on Thursday from 12.54pm. The final is at 11.41am on Friday.
The four heats of Hollard's event the 200m men's backstroke run from 8.25pm to 8.43pm on Wednesday. Semi-finals are at 12.04pm and 12.11pm on Thursday and the final is as 11.50am on Friday.
