A positive case attended the SPAR Express Supermarket in Morpeth on Wednesday, August 11 from 7.14pm until 7.16pm, on Thursday, August 12 from 6.36pm until 6.41pm and on Friday, August 13 from 7.15pm to 7.17pm.
A positive case also attended Coles in Stockland Greenhills on Wednesday August 11 from 1.12pm to1.22pm, 1.30pm to 1.39pm and 5.20pm to 5.30pm.
On Thursday Hunter New England Health added Tenambit Pharmacy, Foodworks Tenambit and Your Discount Chemist, East Maitland.
A positive case visited Tenambit Pharmacy on Friday, August 13 between 11.01am and 11.03am.
A positive case visited Foodworks, Tenambit, on Wednesday, August 11 between 2pm and 2.10pm.
A positive case visited Your Discount Chemist, East Maitland, on Thursday, August 12 from 4.37 to 5pm, and on Friday, August 13 between 11.09am and 11.11am.
Woolworths Marketplace in Raymond Terrace was also been listed as an exposure site on Wednesday night, with a positive case visiting on Monday, August 9 from 7.21am to 10.47am.
Anyone who attended the venues at those times are casual contacts and must get tested and isolate until a negative result is obtained.
Any close contacts from these exposure sites will be contacted directly by NSW Health and given advice.
