Taking no risks with the weather, Wests dismissed the Lions for 97 in the 45th over of their 50 over a piece encounter and then made short work of the target.

Wests and City United are both undefeated after two rounds with City posting 8/253 and dismissing Kurri Weston for 204 at Robins Oval on Saturday.
The Plovers host Kurri Weston in next weekend's two-dayer on Saturday and Sunday.
