The new shop, which opened Saturday, November 6 is in the Treasure Corner building at 427 High Street.
Owner, Lauren Eltom, purchased the Willows Darby Street store three years ago and since then has opened a Kotara location and now a central Maitland location, in the same street as the very first Willows store.

Ms Eltom said she is super excited to bring Willows back to Maitland, stocking more variety and a price point for everyone.
"We had so many people daily saking us to come back to Maitland, so we thought we'd take the leap," she said.
"I grew up in the country at Gloucester and there's something about Maitland, it's almost like coming home to me,
"Everybody seems to know everybody and actually cares about each other."
The previous Willows High Street store closed its doors in 2015.
According to Ms Eltom, customers can expect a nice, homely feel from the Maitland store.
"The building has a good vibe about it," she said.
"We had the mayor come and open the store for us, Loretta, and she said it's nice to see the treasure corner has treasures in there again."
Ms Eltom said the store has already created two new jobs for locals, and she will be looking for more staff once things calm down from COVID, the festive season and the birth of her newborn baby.
Willows Home Traders is open 6 days a week (closed Mondays) from 10am.
