Treloar and his passenger Blake Cox from Lake Macquarie are the defending champions having won the title in Tamworth last year.
It was Treloar's 22nd state title victory and his fifth with Cox.
The pair is in superb form - winning the Sidecar Stampede at Kurri Kurri on Australia Day and the Bowes Family Cup at Gillman Speedway, South Australia two weeks ago - unbeaten at both events.
The local combination of Grant Bond (Rutherford) and Glenn Cox (Lake Macquarie) will once again be Treloar's nemesis.
Bond has won the NSW state title three times, twice with Cox as his passenger.
Family rivalry will be to the fore. Darrin Treloar's son Jake will be in the lineup as will Grant Bond's sons Hayden and Jackson Bond.
Glenn Cox will passenger with Grant Bond and his son Blake Cox will passenger with Darrin Treloar.
Twenty nominations have been received for the Championship.
