The Griffins will now meet Kurri Weston in the two-day semi-final this weekend at Robins Oval.
Easts were in giant killer mode with their teams also eliminating the minor premiers Wests in fourth grade and top side Raymond Terrace in fifth grade.

Kurri Weston who finished second on the second grade table moved through to the grand final when their semi-final against Northern Suburbs (third) at Jack Collins Oval was cancelled because of the rain-affected oval.
Easts scraped into fourth spot just one point ahead of City United and were underdogs against Western Suburbs who finished 16 points clear on top of the ladder.
Winning the toss and batting first at Thornton Oval, Easts posted 9/199 in an even batting performance from their 50 overs. Toby Warner top scored with 43, Thomas Thorpe made 41, Will Stoneman 34 and Tom Lovegrove 32.
Wests were seemingly in control with Geoffery Keppie-Watson and Lachlan Davies taking the score past 40 without loss.
But when Keppie Weston was out for 24 with the score on 45 and Davies fell for 22 just four runs later it sparked a collapse and the Plovers were all out for 93.
Blake Fisher with 12 was the only other batter to reach double figures.
Cal Sargent was the star with the ball taking 5-41.
Third grade minor premiers Tenambit Morpeth will play second placed Raymond Terrace in the grand final at Jack Collins Oval this Saturday.
The Bulls led by Paulvin Mathew's 4-6 off seven overs recorded a five-wicket win against Kurri Weston after dismissing them for 81 and making 5/83 in reply.
Noel Kalathil top scored for the Bulls with 42 and picked up 3-17.
Raymond Terrace bowler Michael Akerman took 6-9 as the Lions 6/76 had a four wicket win against Eastern Suburbs after dismissing them for 75.
Eastern Suburbs Blue upset minor premiers Wests in the fourth grade semi-finals.
The Plovers were restricted to 9/92 and the Griffins made 8/95 in reply.
Easts will face Kurri Weston in the grand final after the Warriors had a 73-run win against Northern Suburbs Red.
After the majority of their fifth grade team were ferried in from Hinton, Easts 7/189 defeated Raymond Terrace 7/140 and Thornton 101 defeated Wests 72.
Clinton Smith was the stand out in the games making 53 not out for the Griffins.
Easts meet Thornton in the fifth grade grand final at Coronation Oval on Saturday.
