Not a month passed before a new house resident stole her flatmate's money and ransacked her home while threatening to kill her cat and birds.

Michelle Gloria Olson was sentenced to a maximum term of 18 months in prison after pleading guilty to four charges including stalking and intimidation, breaking and entering a house and damaging property.
Her appeal against the severity of a prison sentence of at least 12 months was dismissed on Friday by the NSW District Court.
The 42-year-old had moved into the other woman's Central Coast home on August 1, 2021, according to the facts of the case.
Some 18 days later in the morning she invited friends over, and her housemate said this annoyed her.
She was told to "f*** off" to her bedroom in response, and then heard Olson speaking on the phone.
"It's my f***ing house now ... I'm going to kill her cat ... I'm going to take all my s*** and I'm taking everything".
After Olson left to visit a service station the woman received bank notifications that $600 had been withdrawn from her account.
When Olson returned she was confronted about the stolen funds.
"Yeah it was me c***. I'll take your stuff and kill your cat!" she threatened again.
Olson ordered the woman again to go to her bedroom while she began packing up the home.
At one point she left her bedroom but Olson threatened to also kill her birds if she didn't retreat, and the woman began crying.
Olson then confiscated her two mobile phones to remove the sim card and battery so she could not call the police.
With the help of others Olsen stole most of the home's furniture, a stereo, an air fryer, clothes and shelving.
In October Olson was caught by police near Davistown driving with stolen registration plates from the Australian Red Cross Society.
Later that month she broke into a Springfield home, barricaded the front doorway, and trashed the entire house.
When police gained access they found Olson crouched in the upstairs bedroom. She suffered a seizure and was taken to Gosford Hospital where she tested positive for COVID-19.
She told the court she was in a "drug-induced haze" at the time when she also broke a hole in the bathroom roof.
Olson had a "tragic upbringing" detailed in a Justice Health Report of July 2022, that led to mental health problems and drug and alcohol issues.
Upon entering custody she first received treatment for Bipolar Affective Disorder and Substance Use Disorder.
Olson will be eligible for release on parole on April 5, 2023.
